CAR HIRE
A Car Rental Desk is located on the ground floor of the Main Wing.
Cars and jeeps canbe hired with chauffeur or self-drive, air-conditioned
and fully insured. Our Guest Services be glad to assist you for
the arrangement.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is normally 12 noon. If you have a late flight, please
contact the Front-Desk staff for any possible arrangement, depending
on room availability. A standard shower room iis available for your
convenience.
COOKING SCHOOL
For anyone that are interested in the charm of Thai Cuisine. Learning
of how to make your own sumptuous Thai dishes.
KIDS CLUB
For parents with children from 6-12 years, please be invited to
visit our Kids Club located next to the Sea Breeze Restautant
on the ground floor in the Main Wing, opening from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m. (Lunch break from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.)
CLUB 12+ PARENT FREE ZONE
Make or meet friends at club 12+ A dedicated club for our young
guests from 12 to 19 years. The club provides: Internet, e-mail
access, MTV and DVD movies selections with 34 inch large TV screen,
Sony P2 Playstations, soccer table, games, books corner.
Open daily 10:00 – 22:00 hours. Club fees: 120 Baht - for
a 24 hour pass & 600.Baht for a weekly pass. Fees entitle you
to free usage of all equipment, games etc., at the club 12 +.

you with conference arrangements within our fully equipped facilities.

Though the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is recognized as a Resort,
we would appreciate your kind cooperation for smart casual wear
in the restaurants for dining.
VISITORS
Please take note that the resort does not accept non-registered
visitors in guest room and the resort leisure facilities.

Laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services are from 8:00 a.m. -
5:00 p.m. with normal and express delivery times. Laundry picked
up by 11:00 a.m. will be returned the same day. For express service
(3-hours-return service, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), there will
be 100% extra charge. Laundry bags and forms are located inside
your wardrobe. Please complete and sign the laundry list, place
it in the laundry bag, then either call the Hotel Assistance in
case the room is not made up or leave it in your room .

Your minibar in the closet is empty! Shop at our Minimart
located on the ground floor for all your needs water, soft
drinks, milk, beer, snack, etc. at supermarket prices.
Villa Rooms and Deluxe Room's Exclusive Service:
Minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beers at no cost.
MUSIC
The in-house CD-music programs are available in every room. The
controls are on the televisions remote control near your TV
set. Please use the remote control to access these services through
TV channels 1, 2 and 3. The Guest Service staff can assist you in
understanding these controls.
NEWSPAPERS
Overseas newspapers and magazines are available at the Minimart
in the lobby.
PARKING
The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket has its own parking areas in both
wings for 80 cars.

Guest Service will assist you with postage service. Stamps are available
at the Minimart for postcards and letters.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES IN ROOMS
We advise you to place valuables in the safe deposit box in your
rooms closet. Larger boxes are available at the Guest Service
Desk. We cannot take responsibility for any loss of valuables not
given to us for safekeeping.
TEA / COFFEE
A selection of teas & coffee is provided in the drawer underneath
the Minibar, with supplies replaced on a daily basis. A hot water
jug is also provided.s
T.V. AND IN-HOUSE MOVIES
The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket provides these facilities in all rooms.
The controls are on the remote control. Please follow the instructions
and select the channel of your choice. The Guest Service can assist
you in understanding these controls.

Hotel Services
SWIMMING POOLS
We have one free flow pool in the Main Wing and three pools in The
Busakorn Wing, only The Villa Pool is exclusively for Villa guests.
There are changing facilities and showers. We would prefer that
you use these facilities. Towels are available at the Pool Towel
Counter. The pools are for hotel guests only, open from 6:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m.
TOUR & SIGHTSEEING
All sightseeing tours can be arranged through the Guest Service
desk in the lobby.
TRANSPORT
The S.M.T. Limousine Service Desk is located at the Main Wing. Please
dial ext. 5, Guest Service staff will assist you to make reservation.
Local taxis (Tuk-Tuk) are on the roadside, however, our doorman
will assist where possible. We recommend price negotiation before
getting in, and take caution where they take you, since the drivers
often offer dubious advice on shops and entertainment places.

We provide bottles of purified drinking water and ice each day.
